1. Applicability

These terms apply to all offers made by TabBuddi and to every agreement concluded between TabBuddi and the customer, including those made via the website www.tapbuddi.com.

3. Product Description

TabBuddi provides NFC keychains that are pre-programmed with customer contact details. After delivery, customers receive login credentials to modify or remove their information. Each keychain links to a personal profile page via a unique URL.

4. Ordering and Delivery

After placing an order, the customer receives confirmation by email. Products are usually delivered within 3–5 business days through an external carrier. The customer must provide accurate information and a correct shipping address. Delays beyond TabBuddi's control are not the company’s responsibility.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Payments must be made in advance via the available payment methods. Payments are processed through a certified payment provider. Orders will only be fulfilled once payment is received.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

As the product is personalized based on customer input, the legal right of withdrawal expires once production has started, in accordance with Dutch consumer law.

7. Warranty and Complaints

If a product is defective upon delivery, the customer is entitled to repair or replacement. Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery via info@tapbuddi.com. TabBuddi is not liable for incorrect information provided by the customer.

8. Liability

TabBuddi is not liable for damages caused by misuse, incorrect data entry, or improper handling of the keychain. Customers are responsible for managing their profile and the shared data.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and technology on tapbuddi.com are the intellectual property of Brightsafe B.V. and may not be used without written permission.

10. Privacy

TabBuddi processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). See the full privacy policy below.

11. Login and Profile Management

After delivery, customers receive login credentials to manage their profiles. Data can be edited or removed. TabBuddi reserves the right to block access in cases of abuse or violation of third-party rights.

12. Changes to Terms

TabBuddi reserves the right to amend these terms. The most recent version is always available at www.tapbuddi.com.

13. Applicable Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Alkmaar.
